Who operates NOLIMIT Finance, and how each entity is regulated.
NOLIMIT Finance is a brand of QUANTOC Global Management – FZCO, trade licence number 54385, IFZA Property FZCO, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Payment accounts and payment processing are provided through the regulated companies of the Breinrock group, set out below. In each case the entry held by the authority itself is what counts.
Breinrock Ltd is registered with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) as a money services business, registration number M20573902. The company is incorporated under the laws of Canada with its place of business at 100 King Street West, Suite 5700, Toronto.
FINTRAC registers money services businesses; it does not licence them, and registration is not an endorsement. FINTRAC says so itself: registration indicates only that a business has satisfied the legal requirements to register. The entry can be checked in the Money Services Business Registry, which FINTRAC publishes in full.
Separately, Breinrock Ltd is registered with the Bank of Canada as a payment service provider under the Retail Payment Activities Act, registration number REG-2270. These are two different registers, held by different authorities for different purposes: FINTRAC covers anti-money-laundering obligations, and the Bank of Canada register covers retail payment activities. It can be searched in the Bank of Canada PSP Registry.
Breinrock UK Ltd is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority as a small payment institution, firm reference number 929896. A small payment institution is registered rather than authorised, and the protections that apply to an authorised payment institution do not all apply to it. The company is incorporated in England and Wales, company number 12685703, with its place of business at 73 Mornington Street, London NW1 7QE.
Breinrock s.r.o. is registered with the Czech National Bank as a small-scale payment service provider. Its company identification number (IČO) is 043 86 329; this is a company number, not a licence number. Its place of business is Lazarská 1718/3, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, as recorded in the commercial register.
Breinrock (DIFC) Tech Ltd is licensed by the Dubai Financial Services Authority for money services, DFSA reference number F007440, with its place of business at Emirates Financial Tower S2109, DIFC, Dubai.
The entry can be checked in the DFSA Public Register.
