Correction — 7 October 2026
Two statements about deposit protection in the documents dated 2025-08-12 are incorrect, and we are correcting them. In the Business Terms, clause 12.3 states that funds held with NOLIMIT are “insured without limit”. In the price list annex of both documents, the general services list includes “Unlimited deposit protection”. Neither is accurate.
The correct position is the one stated in clause 12.2 of the Personal Terms: NOLIMIT Finance is not a bank, a NOLIMIT Account is not a bank account, and funds held are not covered by any statutory deposit guarantee scheme. Client funds are held separately from our own assets with the credit institutions used by our payment partners, which keeps them outside our estate if we should fail. Segregation is not deposit insurance. What applies to your account is set out under how client funds are held.
Corrected documents will be issued, and existing clients will receive the change notice provided for in the agreement.
